LG Motion supplies controllers for industrial applications both popular and non-standard. They can match any controller requirements with key features of their products.

Adept provides robot and motion controls as an addition to an existing robot or as a stand-alone system for automation applications. Motion control products include MotionBlox-10 ServoKit, SmartMotion, Advanced Motion Control and SmartMotion CX6. The Adept MotionBlox-10 Servo Kit is plug and play compatible with the Adept SmartServo™ distributed servo network and utilizes the IEEE 1394 protocol to provide real-time communications with each axis. The Adept SmartMotion system is a high performance motion controller with fully-integrated, motion control capabilities. Adept's Advanced Motion Control features linear circular interpolation, split-axis drive, backlash compensation, linear compensation, orthogonality compensation, and advanced servo library. The Adept SmartMotion™ CX6 is the Adept SmartController CX upgrade kit.

Western Servo Design offers a selection of single axis and multi-axis motion controllers. The PMC-S1 is a single axis point-to-point servo positioner. The XMC-S1 is a single axis point-to-point servo positioner that is mounted in an enclosed package. The PMC-S4 is a multi-axis servo controller providing coordinated motion for up to 4 axes.

Varedan Technologies supplies motion controllers for OEM applicaitons. Products include the VMC-3000 Motion Controller Module, VMC-2000 PCI Motion Controller, and VMC-1400 ISA Motion Controller. VMC-3000 series servo motion controller is ideal for single axis control in systems in need of velocity stability and ultra-fast acceleration to operating speed. VMC-2000 series motion controller is ideal for both open and closed loop servo and stepper applications. VMC-1400 PC ISA motion controller is ideal for both servo and stepper applications requiring an accurate pulse command.

GE Intelligent Platforms offers motion controllers for a variety of applications such as simple point-to-point indexing and complex multi-axis machine control. PACMotion is a new motion controller for the PACSystems RX3i and is able to control up to 40 axes in a single rack over a high-speed backplane, with a hybrid distributed control construction. The DSM324i can control up to 4 axes utilizing a fiberoptic command interface. The DSM314 can control up to 4 servos with an analog velocity or torque command interface and is applicable in a broad range of single and multiaxis applications.

Griffin Motion designs and manufactures motion platforms and stages. Product line of controllers includes stepper controllers, servo controllers and custom controllers. Their single to multi-axis stepper controllers is the MCA-ST Series Motion Controller,a micro-stepping controller with connector panels and stand-alone operation. Amongst the single to multi-axis servo controllers, they offer the MCA-SV, a  compact controller with 5 amp peak output per axis and stand-alone operation. Griffin Motion can build custom controllers by implementing solutions from  Delta Tau, PMD, Galil, ACS, Etel and others.

Pro-Dex supplies a line of motion controllers including PCI motion controllers, Maxnet motion controller, ISA motion controllers, VME and VME64 motion controllers, and PC78 multi-axis motion controller. Line of PCI motion controllers includes the MAXp multi-axis motion controller, a PCI bus-based motion controller with up to 8 axes of servo and stepper motion control and PCIx multi-axis motion controller, a PCI bus-based motion controller with 2 or 4 axes of motion for both servo and stepper applications. The MAXnet is a Ethernet / RS232 motion controller with up to 5 axes of servo & stepper motion control. The line of ISA motion controllers includes the PC46, an ISA bus-based motion controller with a 16-bit ISA card that controls 2 to 6 stepper axes and the PC48, an ISA bus-based motion controller that controls up to 8 stepper axes. The PC78 is a PC/104 bus-based controller and stand-alone controller with high speed RS232 port while operating up to 4 axes of stepper, and servo applications.

Baldor makes motion controllers including the ES, a rack mounted motion controller for the control of up to 6 axes (2 servo and 4 stepper) featuring a USB interface as well as the e100 which integrates management of real-time Ethernet networks using the industry standard protocol ETHERNET Powerlink.

PMC Corp offers servo and stepper motion controllers for precision functions. Motion controllers include MultiFlex PCI series of PCI-bus servo and stepper motion control cards for 4 and 8 axes models, MultiFlex Ethernet Series of Ethernet motion controllers for 4, 8, and 12 axes models, DCX PCI series of the DCX-PCI 100 and 300 motion controllers for 8 and 16 axes models and legacy products such as the ISA-bus controllers and VME-bus controllers.

Nippon Pulse America, Inc. (NPA) offers core motion control chips, complete PC-based motion control boards using motion control chips, and programmable motion checkers. The PCL/PCD series of chip level controllers are motion control chipss with max output frequency ranging from 400K pps to 9.8 M pps. The PPCI series of board level controlelrs is an advanced PCI-bus format 4-axes motion control board allows control of stepper motors or/and servomotors. The NPMC seris of board level controllers are an advanced PC/104-bus format multi-axes motion control board. The MCH series of motio checkers are small controllers with integrated driver circuit built-in for 2-phase stepper motors.

Elmo Motion Control offers its Maestro or a network based, multi-axis motion controller with a CAN Bus interface  with SimplIQ intelligent servo drives. It features a 2D/2.5D trajectory manipulation, synchronized motion control, network management and access, flexibility up to 80 drives, digital command signals, and load balancing.

Delta Computer Systems provides motion controllers for electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications. The RMC100 series is for 2 to 8 axes applications and has two CPU options such as the RMC150 CPU and RMC100 CPU. The RMZ 70 is for 1 to 2 axes applicaitons. The MMC120 is a two axis linear motion controller. Fatures of Delta's RMC series motion controllers icnlude high performance, communication connectivity, and transducer connectivity.

Schneider Electric offers motion controllers including Lexium motion controller (LMC), TLCC motion controller, TLM multi-axis motion controller, and SMC motion controller. The Lexium motion controller is ideal for applications of 8 synchronised axes with an Ethernet and a Modbus interface available for networking with master systems and coordination of up to 32 drives or control slave devices such as I/O modules. The TLCC motion controller features a powerful, integrated soft PLC and is suitable for all applications requiring coordinated motion. The TLM 2 is a multi-axis motion controller with integrated soft PLC that can synchronously control up to four drives and coordiante up to 126 drives. The SMC motion controller has an integrated soft PLC for controlling simple motion sequences with coordination of up to 32 drives or control devices such as I/O modules.

Cleveland Motion Controls offers a line of programmable servo motion controllers such as single axis and multiple axis servo motion controllers.

Aerotech's motion controllers include the A3200 which is software-based (no PC slots required) providing from 1 to 32 axes of syncronized control; the multi-axis Ensemble™ controller for moderate- to high-performance applications, and the Soloist™ (excluding the MP), a single-axis servo controller.

Yaskawa makes single and multi-axis motion controllers with flexible controls and more. Their multi-axis comes in 4, 8, and 16-axis models with slots for I/O modules, machine controllers for packaging machine systems, and position, torque, speed, and phase control.

Technosoft offers a combination multi-axis motion controller and digital servo drive featuring 8-axes with interated amplifier, 12-48V supply voltage for logic/12 to 80V for motor, 12-bit PWM @ 20KHz, and CAN-bus up to 1Mbit/s.

National Instruments makes motion controllers for stepper, brushed, and brushless DC motors including their motion control bundle with a C series drive interface module, FFGA parallel processing capabilities, and a reconfigurable system.

Infranor makes motion controllers for continuous motion, flying shear, coordinate transformation, electronic gearbox, synchronisation, linear and circular interpolation, and tangential knife applications using stepper, servo, SERCOS, CANopen, SLM, Piezo, and Panasonic drives.

Trust Automation makes two and four axis standalone motion controllers featuring quadrature or +/-10V DC analog feedback, user I/O with 8 digital outputs and 14 digital inputs, four high speed position capture inputs, point to point and circular interpolated moves.
